Here is a before picture from me. This is from last summer but I was actually heavier then weighing in at 140.

HaHa, No I did not go to the gym and I am so disappointed in myself. I woke up at 9am to go and then David woke up and was getting ready for the day. HE asked me if I was coming with him to Costco and I didn't want to say no. Now we have a silent auction dinner to go to and by the time I get home the gym will be closed. I new it would be hard to go on the weekends I have off but I am determined to go tomorrow no matter what!
