Vacation/ Anniversary

I haven't posted for a while becuase we went on vacation. It was a lot of fun and very hot!!! We also celebrated our 1st anniversary. We traveled to Kingman, AZ, Lake Havasu, AZ and Las Vegas. Here are the pics. There is to many to post but here is a lot of them.

week 9 results

Weight- 131
Abs- 29 but very toned
Thighs- 17.5
Hips- 41 I can't get rid of my dam Booty!
Arms- 10

I will be in Las Vegas and Arizona for the last week and a half of my 12 week goal so hopefully I will be able to at least stay the same and not gain weight while on vacation. I am really gonna keep this up after the 12 weeks because it truly makes me feel better about myself.

Week 7

Week 7 was good. I went to the gym 3 times and today I walked up the hill and around about 2 miles. I haven't weighed myself and still no tape measure so week 8 will be a results week for sure. Only 4 more weeks left!!!

ER

So David has been sick for the last couple days and today he decided to go to the doctor. Which doctor you ask? The ER doctor at my work. So after a long 12 hour day I dragged myself down stair to the ER where David was lying in the hospital bed. You would have thought he was dying but NO. He just has a virus, like I told him!!! What a baby!
